Navarro Lowrey

Building relationships on a
proven track record of quality and value
West Palm Beach-based Navarro Lowrey, Inc. is a focused commercial real estate provider that owns, develops, leases and manages commercial real estate properties and provides tenant and landlord advisory services primarily in Florida, as well as Texas and Colorado. Founded in 1993, the company has built its reputation by providing high quality, value-oriented, commercial real estate development and ownership supported by its hands-on service platform.

Among Navarro Lowrey's core capabilities are market-responsive planning, construction and asset management; institutional grade leasing and property management; and finance/capital underwriting. Navarro Lowrey's commercial real estate services include:
  • Tenant representation and corporate advisory services
  • Marketing, leasing and property management
  • Sustainable development advisory services
  • Distressed asset management.
  • Development of speculative and build-to-suit office and industrial space
The Navarro Lowrey most ambitious project to date is the development and continued management of West Palm Beach's acclaimed Centrepark office district. The 41-acre Centrepark and 28-acre Centrepark West are home base to more than 3,000 employees and over 100 companies, including TD Bank, Progressive Insurance, Allstate and Florida Crystals. The office district also offers a Courtyard by Marriott, a four-story, 104-room, Hampton Inn, and a 100-room Hilton Garden Inn.

In 2005, Navarro Lowrey launched its “Green Initiative”, dedicated to constructing high-performance, energy-efficient, “green” office buildings that provide a healthier workspace while significantly reducing a building's negative impact on the environment. The Green Initiative's flagship property is the recently completed “EcoPlex at Centrepark West”, a $25 million, four-story, 100,526 square foot, Class “A” office building that is the first multi-tenanted “green” office building of its kind in Palm Beach County. EcoPlex was one of the first office buildings in the Palm Beach County to be registered with the U.S. Green Building Council and is expecting a minimum Silver “LEED” certification, a mark of environmental accomplishment. Navarro Lowrey has recently relocated to EcoPlex, where it handles all management and leasing for the project.
