A 3.5 acre, 435,000 square foot, $145 million mixed-use development consisting of a 210 room Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel; 251 luxury apartments; a signature restaurant; 20,234 square feet of retail space; and a 483-car central parking garage. Construction is scheduled to commence this year and be completed by the end of 2019.
