FRANK E. NAVARRO, Co-founder
Frank E. Navarro is co-founder and president of Navarro Lowrey, Inc., leading the company’s business ventures while also developing and executing new business strategies. A Palm Beach County resident for more than 30 years, he began his career as an architect, spending 10 years leading projects in Florida, Virginia and Colorado. As company president, Mr. Navarro is focused on innovative building programs, leading the effort to establish the Green Initiative of Navarro Lowrey, Inc. He earned his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia University.
JAMES J. LOWREY, Co-founder
Co-founder James J. Lowrey is a successful investment banker, investor and developer. A Palm Beach County resident for more than 15 years, he helps identify the company’s strategic objectives and consults on capital markets matters. After retiring as a general partner of Salomon Brothers, he launched Catalyst Energy Corporation, where he served as chairman and chief financial officer until the company was sold in 1988.
RICK ABEDON, Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Mr. Abedon leads the firm’s activities relating to land and property acquisition and project marketing and leasing. He also serves as the licensed real estate broker. Prior to joining Navarro Lowrey, Inc. he was Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for the Brenner Real Estate Group where he was involved in the acquisition, development, site plan approval, leasing and disposition of residential and commercial assets. He is a graduate of Tufts University and earned a MBA from Boston University
SHARON L. ATKINSON, Chief Financial Officer
Sharon L. Atkinson joined Navarro Lowrey, Inc. as CFO in July 2001. She graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1985 and has 18 years of experience in accounting and taxation in the construction and real estate development industries. Additionally, she has 6 years experience in real estate investment analysis and finance. Sharon holds a North Carolina Certified Public Accountant license and the Certified Management Accountant designation. Sharon is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the CCIM Institute.
