CAMERON CREEK
Cameron Creek was built in 1996 in response to demand for new, highly efficient flex space with adequate parking ratios to accommodate employee-intensive occupancies by growing Austin technology companies. Among its initial tenants was a Scottish firm engaged by Dell computer to manufacturer and repair computer screens. The 50,000 sq. ft. building was part of a 150,000 sq. ft. campus plan located in the northeast portion of Austin, Texas.
