Sharon Atkinson

Chief Financial Officer

Sharon has over 30 years of financial and asset management experience in commercial real estate development, construction administration, and real estate industry accounting. Throughout her career, Sharon managed the financial operations and construction loan compliance for over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate projects. Sharon has held multiple financial and administrative leadership roles. Her experience includes over 20 years working with Navarro Lowrey as CFO on commercial office development and management projects; serving as the Director of Asset Management & Investor Relations for a large private equity firm overseeing $500MM in commercial real estate construction loans in addition to investor compliance and reporting; and serving as CFO and Director of Asset Management & Construction Administration for the Archetype Companies. Sharon is a licensed CPA in both Florida and North Carolina, earned the CMA and CCIM designations and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida. Sharon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
